About us
The Langezandt Fishermen’s Village, is a mere two hour’s drive from Cape Town, located along the Hermanus / Arniston coastline, a few kilometres North/East from Cape Agulhas, the southernmost point of Africa, where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet. Cape Agulhas is seen as an area with historical importance, which the Langezandt Fishermen’s Village embodies by it’s unique traditional lifestyle aesthetics. The region has an abundance of historical and natural wealth.
Recommended Plants List
When living by the sea you’ll need a selection of the best coastal plants that are adapted to thrive in these conditions. These are tough plants, used to battling drying winds, drought, scorching sunshine and salty air in exposed sites. This means a range of these hardy coastal plants will tolerate whatever you throw at them in your own garden.
Our purpose
.
The purpose of Langezandt Fishermens Village Home Owners Association is to enforce the set of rules, policies and procedures, as contained in its constitution or memorandum of incorporation, and supporting governance documentation, that serves the best interests of the members of the Association.
